Developmental Technician

Developmental Technicians work directly with our clients to deliver therapy targeted at the development of independent living skills, increased learning capacity, self-direction, as well as decreasing any maladaptive behaviors. They are an integral part of a client's treatment team which includes Counselors, Service Coordinators, and Developmental Specialists. As a Developmental Technician, you get hands on experience working directly with clients in a community setting. Technicians are required to be 18 years old and must possess a high school diploma or GED.
