Case Manager

Case Managers advocate for, and coordinate the services required for clients to be successful. This includes coaching clients on accessing needed services independently and appropriately, as well as identifying new services and changes in needed service mix.

Case Managers must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited university or college in Social Work, Behavioral Science, Special Education, or Psychology. At least 21 credit hours in related human services fields such as psychology, social work, special education, counseling, or psychosocial rehabilitation is required. Ongoing training of at least 20 credit hours annually is also required.
